Recently I discovered Pink Salt and I fell in love with it, not only because of its beautiful color but for its versatility. Himalayan Pink Salt is a pure salt that is derived from ancient sea salt deposits, and it is believed to be the purest of all salts available. In case you guys wonder from where it gets its color, it is due to a high mineral and iron content. Coconut Oil has been a trend these days, and honestly it’s only been a few weeks since I’ve started using it for cooking purposes, and so far I’m loving it!

INGREDIENTS
2 parts of Himalayan Pink Salt
1 part of Coconut Oil
I used 1 cup of Salt for ½ cup of Coconut Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt Coconut Oil
Grind salt.
Mix salt and oil together until it becomes an even paste, keep it in a sterilized hermetic jar. Use within 6 months.
