My BFF and I are always looking for the perfect Tuna Bowl. We jump from restaurant to restaurant hoping to finding de perfect one. So I thought, why not making it myself. Don't know why I did't thought about that before... well, here it is...
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2 bowls
1 cup of sushi rice, uncooked
250 grs of fresh tuna
2 chopped scallions
2 tbsp mayo
2 tbsp sriracha chili sauce
4 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 avocado
1 tbsp sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
Make rice according to package instructions. Dice tuna, place it in a bowl and mix it together with mayo, siracha, soy sauce, vinegar and chopped scallions.
In a serving bowl, serve a bed of rice topped with the tuna mix. Garnish with some avocado slices and sesame seeds.
