INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tbs baking soda
1/2 tbs salt
1 tbs cinnamon
3/4 tbs ground ginger
1/8 tbs ground cloves
1/8 tbs nutmeg
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup whole milk
2 eggs
2 Tbs molasses
1/4 cup melted butter
Maple Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
For the batter, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Add eggs,molasses, and milk and stir until just combined. Cook pancakes on a hot griddle. Serve with maple syrup an blueberries.
